Returns Policy

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you're looking for a return policy on our free images. Of course not, they are free.

For our products, we want you to be 100% satisfied. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed, no damage) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we will take help you.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.



Where do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country in the world.

What does shipping cost?

Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price. There is a shipping estimate calculator when select "EDIT CART" within the Cart button at the top right of your screen.

How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

All orders are primarily shipped via USPS, in some cases you can choose other carriers. We are working on expanding this in the future.

Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.

Domestic Shipping (within the USA)

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class and Priority): 5-10 business days

Express Shipping (USPS Express Mail): 2-3 business days

International Shipping (varies per country)

First Class International: 3-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)

Priority International: 10-15 business days (customs processing times vary)

I live outside of the USA, will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

Unfortunately, probably so. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. You can visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate. Once the packages leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.

If you have created an account with us, you will always be able to login and find your tracking information with your order and any of the free photos you have ever checked out with.
